Juanita Collier
Juanita Collier, 83, of Kingsport, went to her heavenly home Tuesday, December 6, 2011 after a lengthy illness. Juanita was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dee V. Collier.
Juanita is survived by two sons, Covy Collier and wife, Stephanie of Columbia, SC and Phillip L. Collier and fiancé, Dona Chaffin of Church Hill, TN; three grandchildren, Angela Walker and husband, Eric, Tate Collier and Bradley Collier; two great-grandchildren, Kelsey Fogle and Taylor Fogle; great-great-granddaughter, Bayleigh Taylor; half-sister, Gaye; two half-brothers, David and Mike; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 from 5-8:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport.
Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, December 8th, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport with Chaplin Mike Pelham officiating.
Interment will follow at Oak Hill Mausoleum. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to Amedisys Hospice, 200 Professional Park Drive, Kingsport, TN 37663 and The American Cancer Society, 508 Princeton Road, Suite 102, Johnson City, TN 37601.
