Juanita Jo Egan, 88, Kingsport, went to her heavenly home on Friday, April 4, 2008 at 11:19 a.m. at Indian Path Medical Center.
She was of the Methodist faith and a loving wife, sister, and aunt.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Melvin Blaine Egan; parents, W.R. and Ethel Pendleton; and four sisters, Margaret Ruth Quillen, Ethelyn Rhea Harkleroad, Willie Agnes Jackson, and Nannie Marion Blair.
She is survived by one brother, Roger Lewis Pendleton of Kingsport; two nieces, Eva Rhea Phillips of Newport, TN and Patricia Quillen of Kingsport; and one nephew, Richard Carson Jackson of Hannah, Wyoming.
A private family graveside service will be conducted Monday at Oak Hill Memorial Park with Dr. Roy Lee Lester officiating.
Memorials made be made to the American Cancer Society, c/o Wanda Grills, 1217 Radcliffe Avenue, Kingsport, TN 37664.
