Judy Carr Frederick, 51, Kingsport, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, May 28, 2008, after a short illness.
She was born July 11, 1956, to Ethel Marie Allen Carr and William Donald Carr. Judy was a lifelong resident of Kingsport and graduated from Lynn View High School. She was a former employee of Kingsport Times-News, a member of Clouds Bend United Methodist Church, and also attended St. Dominic Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Ann Carr.
Surviving are her husband, Tim Frederick; her parents Don and Marie Carr of Kingsport; two brothers, Danny Carr and wife Pam of Kingsport, Curt Carr and wife Amy of Kingsport; seven nephews; and ten nieces.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport. Funeral services will follow at 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Charles Kilbourne and Rev. Charles Burton officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Lovelace Baptist Church Cemetery.
