Justin Payne

Justin Payne, 20, of Kingsport, died Wednesday morning, January 11, 2012. He was born in Kingsport, where he resided all of his life. Justin graduated from Sullivan South High School in 2010 and had attended Northeast State Community College.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Payne.

Justin is survived by his mother, Karen E. Payne, maternal grandmother, Cora Nanalee Carter, paternal grandmother, Lillian Sexton and uncle, James Easterling, all of Kingsport.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 15, 2012 from 1-3:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport.

Graveside services will be conducted on Sunday at 3:30 pm at Holston View Cemetery with Pastor Alan Buckles officiating.

Pallbearers will be family members and friends.
