Katie Greene, 24, of Kingsport, TN, passed on to the next world Monday, March 30, 2009.
Born in Minneapolis, MN, she was raised in Strongsville, OH and had resided in Kingsport since 2005.
Katie was a member of the Baha'i faith. She was currently employed at Fatz Café.
Surviving are her parents, Margaret and Darryl Greene, Belgium, WI former employees of Holston Medical Group and Assured Castings sister, Allison Greene, brother, Adam Greene, and dearest friend, Wes Cozad.
Graveside services will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday at Old Kingsport Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends immediately following the graveside service at the cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
