Kenneth "Kenny" Wayne Dalton

Kenneth Wayne Dalton, known by all as Kenny, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2024 at the age of 60 at Ballad Hospice House, Bristol, following a long battle with Diabetes, Liver and Kidney disease. He was born at Fort Shelby Hospital on the corner of 7th and Anderson Streets in Bristol, Virginia on December 13, 1963. Kenny is one of two sons of the late Eula Richards Dalton.

Kenny enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. One of his most favorite places was on the Mendota River, fishing, swimming, and boating. He loved to prepare and cook meals for his family and friends as well. He enjoyed going to the beach and camping whenever he could. He was of the Baptist faith and had accepted Jesus Christ as His Lord and Savior.

Kenny is preceded in death by his mother, Eula Richards Dalton. 

Kenny is survived by his father, Glenn Monroe Dalton of Bristol, Tennessee; his brother, Perry Lynn Dalton; sister-in-law, Karla-Jean Dalton of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; nephew, Austin-Monroe Dalton of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; ex-wife, Carolyn Dalton Tolle of Bristol, Tennessee; and several cousins and family members.

A graveside service to honor Kenny’s life will be held at 11:00 am at Oak Hill Memorial Park, with an opportunity to visit with the family before the service. He will be laid to rest beside his mother.
