Kenneth D. Wallen

Kenneth Dean Wallen, 85, born December 12, 1937, entered into Heaven on October 8, 2022. Kenneth retired from Eastman and had previously worked at AFG. He loved to farm and farmed his whole life.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his mother, Effie Jackson; father, Charlie Wallen and sister, Ruby Jackson.

He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Ruth Wallen; son, Jeffrey Wallen and wife Lisa; granddaughter, Chelsea Wallen; two great-granddaughters, Bailey and Kiya Wallen; uncle, Ralph Littleton; aunts, Betty Morelock and Madalyn Depew.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Brother Dan Dolen officiating. Graveside services will be Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Oak Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, 2501 Highway 81, Jonesborough, TN 37659.
