Kimberly Langston Gerlach

Kimberly Langston Gerlach, 46, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Monday, May 2, 2016. Born, May 22, 1969, Kim grew up in Fayetteville, NC. She attended Faymont Baptist Church, graduated from Douglas Byrd High School, class of 1987, where she played the flute in the marching band and was involved in the ROTC program. She later attended Kaplan University. Kimberly moved to Kingsport in 2008. She was well cherished and very loved by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Allen M. Langston, and grandparents, Martin and Eunice Jones.

Kimberly is survived by her 2 sons, John Allen Gerlach and Clayton Gerlach and wife, Natalya; daughter, Jessica Gerlach; mother, Vallie Langston; sister, Amy Langston; brother, Andy Langston and wife, Elizabeth; uncles and aunts, Dennis Jones and wife, Caroline, and Curt Langston and wife, Patricia; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
