Larry Churchwell
Larry Churchwell, 55, of Kingsport, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, February 6, 2008.
He was a member of Clouds Bend United Methodist Church. A lifelong resident of Kingsport, Larry was employed by Pet Dairy Company for a number of years.
Preceding him in death were his father, A. Keith Churchwell; maternal grandparents, Charlie and Georgia Wagner; and paternal grandparents, Dock and Pearl Churchwell.
Surviving are his mother, Mildred Churchwell of Kingsport; one son, Chae Churchwell and granddaughter, Aubree of Raleigh, NC; a daughter and son-in-law, Autumn and Dustin Dooley and two granddaughters, Hunter and Tia, of Agana, Guam; a daughter, Amber Martin and two grandchildren, Haley and Gunnar of Kingsport; one sister, Brenda Echols and nephews, Brandon and Colby Echols, Washington, GA; and mother of his children, Charlotte Churchwell of Kingsport.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport. Funeral services will follow at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Rev. Homer Roller officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Clouds Bend United Methodist Church, 940 Bradbury Street, Kingsport, TN 37660.
