Lawrence (Big John) Johnathan Crawford

Lawrence (Big John) Johnathan Crawford passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2013. He was born June 10, 1972 in Sullivan County, Tennessee. Big John was employed at Angus Palm where he was a welder. He was a loving and caring man who would help anyone in any way he could. Big John made friends with just about anybody he came into contact with. He will be missed and forever loved by those who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Faye Crawford; grandfather, Lawrence Crawford; and grandparents, John and Lovely Edwards.

Big John is survived by his fianceé, Anita Poe; stepsons, Dusty and Cody Poe; father and stepmom, Granville Lee Crawford and Rita Crawford; brother and niece, Steve and Hunter Nichole Crawford; grandmother, Lonnell Crawford; several aunts and uncles; several nieces and nephews; special niece, Gracelynn; and lots of family, friends and co-workers.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 4-7:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch. Memorial services will follow at 7:00 pm with Pastor Andy Sensabaugh officiating.
