Leah C. Mather, 26, originally from Kingsport, is now at peace with God in heaven. Leah previously attended Pennsylvania College of Technology and loved, animals, gardening and cooking.
She was preceded in death by her beloved Yorkie, Einstein.
Leah is survived by her fiancé, Van Newberry; her daddy, Dr. J.D. Mather of Williamsport, PA; mama, Rhonda A. Mather of Long Boat Key, FL; aunts, Vanessa Westmoreland and husband, Jason, and Claudette McDavid and husband, Harlan; grandmother, Brenda S. Clark; and cousins, Jalyn and Luke Westmoreland.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5-7:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm.
The graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Friday at Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
