LEE CLEEK

Lee Cleek, 82, Kingsport, died Friday evening December 8, 2006 at Indian Path Medical Center after a brief illness.

Born in Greene County, she resided in Morristown for over 40 years before moving to Kingsport in the mid 1990?s. Mrs. Cleek retired from the Tennessee Opportunity Program and was a volunteer at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center Women?s Auxiliary.

Mrs. Cleek was a longtime member of Morristown Church of Christ and was currently a member of Northeast Church of Christ in Kingsport.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred John Cleek; parents, Walter and Fannie Mae Watson; sister, Vee Haren; and brother, Gurvis Watson.

Surviving are two daughters, Ann Kelty and husband Al, Versailles, KY and Cheryl C. Vaughn, Kingsport; six grandchildren, Leann Hammond and husband Greg, A. J. Kelty and wife Kasi, John Keller II and wife Valerie, Shea Keller, Magus Vaughn, and Arthur Vaughn; two great-grandsons, Landon Kelty and Blake Hammond; two sisters, Mayme Good, Fall Branch and Mae Dykes, Kingsport; sister-in-law, Cuba Watson Carberry, Fall Branch; and many devoted nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport.

Services will follow at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with Craig Cottongim, Minister officiating.

Graveside services will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday at Oak Hill Memorial Park. Those attending the graveside will meet at the cemetery at 12:45 p.m.

Pallbearers will be A. J. Kelty, John Keller II, Shea Keller, Magus Vaughn, Arthur Vaughn and Robert Dawson.
