Lee M. Cobb, 56, Kingsport, passed away unexpectedly Monday, May 5, 2008 at his home.
He graduated from Dobyns-Bennett High School in 1970 and received his Bachelor Degree in Accounting from East Tennessee State University.
Lee was a member of Mafair United Methodist Church. He was active in the local Theater Community and acted as a judge in the "Odyssey of the Mind" competitions.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. P. L. Cobb; and brother, Sidney Cobb.
Surviving are the mother of his children, Janice M. Cobb of Franklin, TN; two daughters, Christy Cobb Leadingham of Fayetteville, NC and Traci Cobb Todd of Carlisle, KY; two grandchildren, Chloe Renae Todd and Hunter Caleb Todd; two sisters, Katherine Cobb and Sarah Cobb, both of Florida; one brother, William "Bill" Cobb of Atlanta, GA; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport.
A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
