Linda Bright Spivey

Linda Bright Spivey of Kingsport, TN, passed away peacefully to her eternal home with Jesus on June 9, 2024.   Linda was a loving mother and grandmother.  

Linda was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Bright “Bobby”; her second husband, Robert Spivey; son Robert Bright; grandson, Caleb Bright; mother, Pearl Dickerson; father, Columbus Dickerson; sisters; Shirley Brickey, Patsy Overbay and Martha Adams.

Those left to cherish her memory is her son, Randall Bright; grandson, Jordan Bright; granddaughter, Casey Bright and great-grandchildren, Christian Bright and Calliope; sisters, Loretta Wogomon and husband, Randy, Sandra Howe, Judy Overbay, Betty White and her brother, Carlos Dickerson.

The family will receive friends from 12:00pm to 2:00pm on Friday, June 14, 2024, in the chapel of Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, 2630 Highway 75, Blountville, TN.  A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm.  Burial will follow in the Garden of Devotion.

Pallbearers will be friends.
