Louise Beverly

Louise Beverly, 87, of Kingsport, passed away on Monday, August 15, 2011 at her home. Born in Norton, VA, she had resided most of her life in Kingsport. She was a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church and was also a fifty-year member of the Order of the Eastern Star and had attended the Liberty Chapter, Kingsport. She had served as a past worthy grand matron.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Nutter Beverly, and three brothers.

She is survived by her daughter, Emma Chapman of Gray, TN; son, Rodney Beverly, Knoxville, TN; four grandchildren, Ingrid Beverly, Samantha Chapman, Austin Chapman, and David Chapman; one great-grandson, Connor Lynch.

The family will receive friends from 5 - 7 p.m. on Thursday, August 18, 2011, at Hamlett Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Richard Richter officiating.

Entombment services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Oak Hill Mausoleum. Pallbearers will be grandsons.
