Lucy Z. Hall, 91, Fordtown community, passed away at 8:15 p.m. Tuesday December 12, 2006 at the home where she was born.
Mrs. Hall was a member of Fordtown Baptist Church and a member of the Southern Highland Guild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, G. B. Hall; a grandson, Eric Fitzgerald; son-in-law, Harold Fitzgerald; seven brothers; and four sisters.
Surviving are two daughters, Phyllis Fitzgerald, Gray, Majana Crowe and husband Lynn, Colonial Heights; one son, Jim Hall and wife June, Fordtown; three granddaughters, Angie Stinson, Tammy Arnold, and Sabrina Kirk; and four great-grandchildren, Katie Arnold, Jimmy Arnold, Hannah Fitzgerald, and Lucy Stinson.
Calling hours are from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday December 15, 2006 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport or any time at the residence.
Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday December 16, 2006 at Fordtown Baptist Church with Rev. Bryan Moore and Rev. Frank Proffitt officiating. Burial will follow at the Pond Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Bob Arnold, David Stinson, Gary Gott, Irvin Hall, Norman Mitchell, Cecil Tester, and Roy Crussell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pond Cemetery Trust, 695 Fordtown Road, Kingsport, TN 37663.
