Lynn Castle, 85, Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at home following a brief illness.
She was a lifelong resident of Kingsport and retired from Tennessee Eastman Company following 43 years of service. Lynn was a member of Taylor Baptist Church.
Her parents, Lark and Bessie Castle; and two brothers, George Castle and Jim Castle preceded her in death.
Surviving are two sisters, Jean Miller, Jonesborough and Julia Castle and husband, R. K. Wright, Johnson City; three brothers, Larkin Castle, Kingsport, Don Castle, Kingsport, and Darrell Castle and wife, Joan, Memphis; lifelong friend, Jane Perry Bobic; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport.
Services will be conducted at 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Dr. R. K. Wright officiating.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Hermon United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Alan Adams, Mike Castle, Jimmy Castle, Dave Castle, Donald Castle, Scott Castle, Tim Castle, Jason Castle, Shannon Monroe, and Tom Castle
