Psalm 19:1
"The heavens declare the glory of God, and the firmament showeth his handywork."
Marbeth G. Carroll entered into God's wonderful, glorious presence on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 and took her place in His celestrial home. She was born December 15, 1929 in Sullivan County, a native of the Rock Springs Community and a member of Rock Springs United Methodist Church. She retired from Mead Paper after 20+ years of service.
Our mother truly enjoyed God's creation, the birds, trees and flowers. She especially saw God's handiwork in His flowers.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, J. Howard Carroll.
Marbeth was a loving mother of three children: son, Scott Carroll; daughters, Beth Carroll and Myra Watts; grandchildren, Ben Pollard, Anna Pollard and Mandy Watts.
She was cared for by her son in his home. A special thanks to other caregivers that helped and fell in love with Marbeth: Trenda, Louise, Leann and Stacie.
A private memorial for the family was conducted on Friday, August 19, 2016.
