Margie Sue Ensor Sullivan
Margie Sue Ensor Sullivan, of Kingsport, passed away at the age of 66 at 5 p.m. on Friday, January 20, 2012 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Sue was born in Sullivan County on December 16, 1945. She attended and graduated from Blountville High School.
Sue was a loving mother and grandmother, best known as "Nana" and "Mama Sue". She worked as a telephone operator for many years at United Intermountain Telephone. She really enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and being outdoors. Sue was a very courageous and lovable woman. She is still special to all of us and will be missed very much, but never forgotten. She will always remain in our hearts and forever be loved.
The family would like to give special thanks to all the employees at the Wellmont Hospice House in Bristol, TN.
Her mother and father, William and Mildred Ensor of Blountville, TN preceded her in death.
Sue leaves her son, Gary Manis, Jr. and wife Amber of Jonesborough, TN; her daughter, Michelle Sullivan of Kingsport, TN; two granddaughters, Ariel and Alina Manis; and one grandson, Kaleb Crowe. Sue also leaves one brother, Ronnie Ensor of Church Hill, TN and one sister, Betty Smith of Atlanta, GA.
