Maria Stella Carter, Kingsport, passed away on Monday, February 25, 2013 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.
Maria is survived by her special love, her husband of one and a half years, Ed Carter; Maria is also survived by three daughters; two sons; one step-daughter; eight grandchildren; one brother; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 27th from 5-7:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport. A memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. with the Rev. Victor Wallace officiating.
