Martha Elizabeth Burnette

Martha Elizabeth Burnette, 67, Church Hill, TN, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at her home. She had been a lifelong resident of the Kingsport area and retired from Holston Valley Imaging Center. Martha enjoyed singing in the church choir, shopping and spending time with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Flora Sneed, 2 brothers, and 3 sisters.

Martha is survived by her husband, William (Bill) Burnette; son, Travis Burnette and wife, DeeDee; daughter, Amanda (Mandy) Burnette; grandchildren, Caroline and Carter; sister-in-law, Rita Buckman and husband, Rick; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The graveside service will be held on Sunday at 1:00 pm at Oak Hill Memorial Park with Pastor Rick Meade officiating.
