Mary Ann Cassidy
Mary Ann Cassidy, 53, of Kingsport, went to be with Jesus Thursday afternoon, July 15, 2010, following an extended illness.
She was born and had been a resident of East Tennessee all her life. Mary worked at A&L Cleaning Services. She was a great mother, and fought a strong battle.
Surviving her are her three daughters, Dawn Cassidy and friend, Matt Branscome, of Kingsport, Sarah Petersen and husband, Eric, of Church Hill, and Halie Cassidy, of Kingsport; a stepson, Ricky, of Kingsport; five grandchildren; one sister, Sheila Ferguson, of Kingsport; one brother, Tim Cassidy, also of Kingsport; and several nieces and nephews.
It was Mary's desire to be cremated. There are no formal services planned.
