Mary Cole Dishner

Born October 23, 1921, Mary Cole Dishner, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on February 18, 2014. In her 92 years, she touched many lives. Mary resided at Wellmont Madison House for the past 13 years and the family appreciates all the love and care given to her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul; daughter, Paula; son, Tommy; granddaughter, Robin; great-granddaughter, Ashley; son-in-law, Alec Garland; sisters, Hettie, Margaret and Lola; and brothers, Melvin, Ballard, Carl and Glen.

Mary is survived by daughters, Beulah Samples and husband, John, and Glenda Garland; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and sisters, Ruth, Clara and Mabel.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am at East Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. David Lane officiating.
