Mary Ruth Hair Poore, 71, of Gray, passed away and went to her heavenly home on Sunday, January 20, 2013. Mary Ruth loved life and brought joy to those around her and always had a smile on her face.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Fred Poore; parents, Hosea and Elvia Hair; sisters, Nancy Hair and Judy Hair; and an infant brother.
She is survived by her siblings, Thomas Hair of Kingsport, John Hair of Garner, NC, Marie Hernandez and Deloris Todd, both of Wilmington, NC, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Her wish was to be cremated. There are no services scheduled at this time.
