Mary was a beautiful person inside and out. She was my cosmetology teacher in 1973 and taught me so much. I saw her throughout the years and became her Lancome customer at Belks. I am sending my deepest sympathy to her family. She is now in a beautiful place

Mary Reed was a wonderful woman who will be missed! She was always upbeat, and fun. I knew Mary through her daughter Carolyn, who shares her amazing ability to put everyone at their ease.
Eternal rest Mary, may God hold you close until we are all together again...and may God's love shine on all the Reed family.

To the Reed Family:
Our hearts were saddened upon Mary's death. She was a wonderful friend and fellow church goer who sat next to us every Sunday. We will miss her. I will miss our walks, talks, and sharing of tea and cookies. She was a true friend and our hearts will never be the same. Our family was blessed for having known her. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

To the Reed family,
My parents Wayne and Judy Seal were Mary's neighbors at Pinebrook. I got to know her as their friendship grew. She was such a beautiful, sweet and kind person. She always appreciated anything we did for her. We shared a love of cats and her cats were her joy. We all missed her when she moved. Our family sends our love, support and prayers during this difficult time.

To the Reed family,
My family lives on Ridgeview Street, right next to your mom and dad. They were the epitome of good neighbors and we loved them dearly! Your mom and I shared many wonderful conversations during their time in the neighborhood. I missed your mom so much when she moved and tried to keep up with her as much as possible. Please accept our sincere condolences on her passing. The world has lost a wonderful soul.
