Maude Lee Barr

Maude Lee Barr, 91, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 12, 2023. Maude was born November 22, 1931.

Maude was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Joe Barr; son, Rickey Allen Barr; daughter-in-law, Rebecca Barr; parents, Zella and Aubon Haynes; brothers, Floyd Haynes and Douglas Haynes.

She is survived by daughter, Angela J. Barr; daughter in the Lord, Tina Absher; brother, Claude Haynes; sister, Deloris Gott; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 16, 2023 from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 16, 2023 at Oak Hill Memorial Park with Pastor David Sulcer officiating.
