Michael McLaughlin, Sr., 39, of Kingsport, passed away on Friday, February 3, 2012.
Michael was a well respected auto technician that worked for Friendship Hyundai.
He served in the U. S. Army in Bosnia and Korea.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Steven Keith McLaughlin.
Survivors include his wife, Suzi McLaughlin of Kingsport; three children, Brittany McLaughlin, Michael McLaughlin Jr., and Madeline McLaughlin, all of Kingsport; his father, James McLaughlin of Lincoln, California; mother, Sharlene McLaughlin of Fair Oaks, California; brother, Marc McLaughlin of Poland; and sister, Michelle Peterson of Roseville, California.
Calling hours are from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport. A memorial service will follow with Dustin Walters officiating. Military rites will be presented by the American Legion Posts #3/265.
