Mike Wall

Michael "Mike" Wall, 65, of Kingsport, went home to be with the Lord Friday, November 16, 2018, at Johnson City Medical Center. Mike was born in Kingsport, where he resided all of his life. He was a 1970 graduate of Dobyns-Bennett High School and a Veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in Germany.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet S. Wall (2010); parents, Claude and Billie Wall; and sister, Barbara Forshee.
Mike is survived by his children, Holly Byrd of New Hope, AL, Heather Treadway and husband Steve of Jonesborough, and Chris Mullins and wife Crystal of Spring Creek, Nevada; grandchildren, Cody, Josie, John, Jaydon, Jasmine, Chelsea, Xander, and Savannah; two siblings, Mark Wall of Kingsport, Chris Wall of Menlo Park, CA; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. on Monday, November 19, 2018, at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. with Pastor Johnny Mink officiating.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at Oak Hill Memorial Park. Those attending graveside services are asked to assemble at the funeral home by 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, then proceed to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
