Nadine Gott

Nadine Edens Gott, age 84, of Blountville, Tennessee went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Holston Valley Medical Center surrounded by her family. Nadine was born in Kingsport and attended Lynn View High School. She was a lifelong member of West View Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School and worked in the nursery. She loved to watch Charles Stanley and David Jeremiah. She also enjoyed watching the red birds. Nadine was a loving wife, mother, sister, and nannie. 

Nadine was preceded in death by her parents; Flem and Odell Edens; and brother, W.S. Edens. 

She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Bill Gott; children, Laura Laughlin and husband Scott and Rich Gott and Jennifer; grandchildren, Jacob Gott, Rachel Cook and husband Dan, Hilliary Bowen and husband James, Peyton Laughlin, Abbey Laughlin, Alexakate Laughlin, Sophie Laughlin, Malachi Laughlin, Lilly Laughlin, Caroline Laughlin; great-grandchild, Annie Bowen; sister, Freddie Foster and husband Doug; several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

Nadine will be truly missed. Her family can look forward to joining her in Heaven. 

A graveside service will take place at 1:00pm on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Oak Hill Memorial Park with Pastor Mike Stout officiating. 

Pallbearers will be family members.
