Nancy Faye Arnold Wolfe, age 74, went to her heavenly home on February 24th 2016 at Elmcroft Assisted Living after an extended battle with cancer. She was born July 11, 1941 in Sullivan County to the late Roy and Elizabeth "Wea" Arnold. Nancy was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend.
She was a lifelong member and elder at Old Kingsport Presbyterian Church where she served as pianist for many years. She was also a member of the Kingsport Lifesaving crew Crewettes where she volunteered in many capacities.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years Carl E. Wolfe; 2 sons, Jeff Wolfe of Mt. Carmel and John Wolfe of Athens, GA; one granddaughter, Erica Ensor; 2 grandsons, Coy Wolfe and Rusty Benton; 3 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers Bob, Gene, and Gary Arnold; 1 sister, Darlene Taylor; and many special friends.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 26 from 4-6 p.m. at Hamlett Dobson-Funeral Home, Downtown and any time at the residence. The funeral service will follow at 6:00 pm.
Graveside services will be Saturday, February 27 at 10 a.m. at Old Kingsport Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Please arrive at cemetery 15 minutes prior to Service.
In lieu of Flowers memorial contributions can be made to Kingsport Life Saving Crew, P.O. Box 1222, Kingsport, TN 37662-1222.
