Naomi "Nell" McCamy
Naomi "Nell" McCamy, 83, of Kingsport passed away after a brief illness.
Nell was born in Greene County and moved to Sullivan County with her husband of 51 years Robert E. McCamy, Sr. She was a member of Poplar Grove Church for 47 years.
Survivors include two daughters, Joan Persinger and husband, Jerry of Kingsport, Vickie Blakley and husband, Randall of Kingsport; two sons, Ronald McCamy and wife, Joyce of Green County, Anthony McCamy of Kingsport; nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; three sisters and two brothers.
The funeral service will be held at 11 am on Friday, February 18, 2011 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch with Elder Jerry Persinger officiating. Burial will follow at Poplar Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
