Neely Ruth Howe

Neely Ruth Howe, 84, Zephyrhills, FL, went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 4, 2013 after an extended illness. She was born in Scott County, VA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Parrot and Isabel (Clark) White; husband, Heiskell P. Howe; sons, Joseph and Richard Howe; daughter, Virginia Miller; sons-in-law, Donald Miller and Andrew Kupisch; and granddaughter, Jessica Howe.

Neely is survived by children, Shirley Kupisch, Zephyrhills, FL, Penny and husband, Steve Wolf, Surgoinsville, TN, Dennis Howe and wife, Patty, Delta, PA, Kenny Howe and wife, Sue, Zephyrhills, FL, and Allen Howe and wife, Pamela, Zephyrhills, FL; daughters-in-law, Carol Howe, Whiteford, MD, and Sandra Howe, Kingsport, TN; twenty-four grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren, and one adorable great-great-granddaughter, Isabella; brothers, Howard White and wife, Debi, P.C. White and wife, Shirley; sister, Mary Ryans and husband, G.W. Ryans.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 10, 3013, at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Johnny Angel officiating.

The interment will follow at Old Kingsport Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be grandsons, Steve, Troy, Ricky, Eric, Joshua, James, and Daniel. Honorary pallbearers will be Frank, Jerry, and Roger.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
