Nellie Margaret Sanders Fansler, 84, Kingsport, passed away Friday, October 19, 2007 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.
Mrs. Fansler was of the Baptist faith.
Her husband, Oscar Fansler; parents, William B. and Maude Brickey Sanders; brother, Paul Sanders; and sister, Ruth McNew preceded her in death.
She is survived by two nephews, Glen McNew and wife, Rebecca, Gene McNew and wife, Nancy; and one niece, Phyllis Nitschke and husband, William.
The family would like to thank SunBridge Care & Rehabilitation - Hillside?s staff and a special thanks to her roommate, Anna Ruth Booher and her daughter, Eva.
Services will be held at 5 p.m. Sunday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport with Rev. J. W. Depew officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Oak Hill Memorial Park in the Garden of Everlasting Life. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery at 12:45 p.m.
Family members and friends will serve as pallbearers.
