Nora Fern White

Nora Fern White, 76, passed away Thursday, February 18 in Kingsport. Nora was born on August 12, 1939 and is preceded in death by her parents C.E and Stella Lockhart, brother Kenneth E. Lockhart, and her husband Franklin D. White. Nora is survived by siblings Wayne Lockhart and wife Lorraine, Larry Lockhart and wife Nell, daughters Robin Waters and husband Beau, Monica Burgess, six grandchildren Erica and husband Kevin, Layne, Sierra, Marina, Cameo, Cruz and four great-grandchildren.

The family will receive family and friends on Sunday, February 21 from 3-5 p.m. followed by a celebration of life at Reservoir Road Baptist Church at 1817 Seaver Road in Kingsport.
