Norma K. Noel, 76, Kingsport, died surrounded by her family, April 13, 2013. She was of the Holiness faith. She was a great mother and a wonderful grandmother. She loved to travel.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, three brothers, two sisters and her parents.
Norma is survived by husband, William Noel; daughter, Sandra (Scott) Young; grandchildren Brittany Young Jonathan Hodge) and Christopher Young (Kimberly McGuire); great-grandchildren Madison Young, Mikayla Young, and Jacob Young; sisters, Lillie Ramey and Martha Taylor; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will be receiving friends Tuesday, April 16, 2013, from 11:00 - 1:00 p.m. at Depews Chapel United Methodist Church, with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. Pastor Nathan Ware will be officiating.
