Patricia Crawford

Patricia "Patty" Crawford, 55, 936 Gravely Road, Kingsport, was called home to be with the Lord at 10:02 a.m. Thursday, August 11th following a brief illness. Patty was born in Kingsport where she had lived her entire life. She was a homemaker and a mother.

Patty was preceded in death by her parents, J.B. and Edna Crawford, her brother Jerry Crawford and her soulmate, Paul Wayne Jones, Sr.

Patty is survived by two daughters, Misty R. Crawford and Angela M. Calhoun both of Johnson City, Tennessee; two sons, Travis "T.J." Crawford of Kingsport, Tennessee and Charles "Randy" Light of Rogersville, Tennessee; four stepchildren, Wayne Jones, Tony Jones, Mark Jones and Chanda Jones; eleven grandchildren, Terry, Harley, Trayvond, Bronson, Jennifer, Tytiania, Trenqual, Kayleigh, JayCee, Treece, and Bella; one great- grandchild, Eligah; two sisters, Sharon "Sissy" Crawford Compton and Johnnie "Rene" Crawford Sutherland both of Kingsport, Tennessee; one brother, Gary Crawford of Galax, Virginia. Several nieces, nephews, and many special friends.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 14, 2011 from 11 a.m. -1:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Jeff Davis officiating.

Burial will follow at Oak Glen Cemetery. Pallbearers will be T.J. Crawford, Randy Light, Johnny Stair, Tyler Wright, Fred Hairston, and Quincy Jones.
