Patricia A. Clemmons Daley, 67, of Blountville, went to meet the Lord Friday, February 15, 2008, following an extended illness.
She was born in Whitesburg, Tennessee, and had resided in Blountville since 1990. A 1958 graduate of Sullivan High School, she had worked in the Emergency Room at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center for many years. Patricia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.
Preceding her in death were her parents; three brothers, Lawrence, Kenneth, and Don Clemmons; and a sister, Charlotte Clemmons Gragg.
Surviving are her husband, Nicholas Daley; two sons, James Boyer and wife Gwen of New Market, TN, Gerald Daley, Blountville; five grandchildren, Chris, Cody, Anthony, Aubrey, and Sophia; her mother-in-law, Evelyn Daley, Federal Way, Washington; one brother, J. E. Clemmons and wife Helen, Kingsport; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport. Funeral services will follow at 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with Rev. Ralph
Buddy Dingus officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday at River Hill Cemetery in Greeneville, TN.
Pallbearers will be Cody Bright, Chris Bright, Travis Clemmons, Willie McLain, John Navaro, and Frank Martinez. Honorary pallbearer will be Anthony Boyer. Family members and friends will meet at the cemetery.
