Patricia "Pat" Osborne Wininger

Patricia (Pat) Osborne Wininger, Kingsport, passed away Wednesday evening, June 15, 2016.
She was born in Wise County, VA, and resided in Kingsport since her childhood. Pat was owner and operator of Pitty Pat's Interior for more than 20 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Benjamin Osborne, Sr. and Delphia Maddox Osborne, and seven brothers, Bruce, Walter Benjamin, Jr., Fred, Tom, Harold, George, and Ronald.

Pat is survived by her husband, Edwin (Eddie) Wininger, of the home; daughter, Vicki Carter and husband, Todd, Kingsport; son, Michael Wininger and wife, Christina, Kingsport; one granddaughter, Kara Carter; three sisters, Ruth Franklin, Nell Culver and husband, Carl, and Freeta Campbell and husband, Jack; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 12 to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The service will follow at 1:30 p.m. with Robert Johnson and Jerome Frandle officiating.

Burial will follow at East Lawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Norman Culver, Billy Jack Campbell, Joe Campbell, Steve Bennett, Andrew Hoots, and Adison Koella. Honorary pallbearers will be Kenneth Culver, Jim White, Darnell Kilgore, and Tom Hoots.
