Patsy Ruth Lemmons Osborne, 76, of Kingsport, passed away on Friday, June 29th, at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center. She worked as a secretary for State Farm Insurance and was a graduate of the Dale Carnegie School. Patsty was a loving mother and MiMi.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Osborne; son, David Osborne; and daughter, Donna Osborne.
Pasty is survived by her son, Dana Osborne of Kingsport; brother, Bill Lemmons of Kingsport; and a loving and extended family.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 1st, from 2-4:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport. Funeral services will follow at 4:00 pm with Pastor Phil Hoskins.
Graveside services will be conducted on Monday, July 2nd at 10:00 am at Oak Hill Cemetery.
