Paul James Breeding

Paul James Breeding, born February 22, 1971 in Kingsport, TN died Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at Johnson City Medical Center following a brief illness.

He had resided in the Dawn of Hope Residential Program in Johnson City, TN since 1997. Prior to 1997 he was home with his parents and brothers in Kingsport, TN.

He was a member of Kingsley United Methodist Church and attended Gunnings School in Blountville, TN until the age of 21. Paul was accepted into the Dawn of Hope Day program and the Residential Program in 1997. He was a very loving, happy and mischievous individual who will be greatly missed by his family and those who cared for him during his life on earth.

Paul was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Sidney and Ruby Breeding; maternal grandfather William Crussell.

Paul is survived by his parents, Jack and Billie Ann Breeding; brothers Jeff Lisa and Dan Tina Breeding; nephews Jacob and Tanner Breeding; nieces Taylor, Sydney and Jordan Breeding; maternal grandmother Opal Crussell and Dawn of Hope housemates Tony and Jimmy.

Visitation will be on Friday, October 14, 2011 from 1-3:00 pm at Kingsley United Methodist Church. Services will follow at 3:00 pm with Rev. Adam Love and Rev. Joe Barber officiating. Interment will follow at the Breeding Family Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jack Breeding, Dan Breeding, Jeff Breeding, Jacob Breeding, Tanner Breeding, Ken Breeding Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Taylor Breeding, Sydney Breeding, Jordan Breeding and Tony and Jimmy.

The family would like to extend a loving thanks to the Dawn of Hope Day Program Staff and Residential Staff for all the love and care they gave Paul over the years. His quality of life was greatly enhanced by these caring individuals.
