Paul "Scotty" Cline

Lt. Colonel (Ret.) Paul "Scotty" W. Cline, 78, of Bristol, VA, passed away Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Holston Valley Medical Center. Born in Buffalo, NY he was the son of the late Walter and Grace Cline. Paul taught a number of different subjects for many years and spent 43 years in the U.S. Army Reserves. He was an avid roller skater and friend to all.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Sandra Lee Cline and sister, Anne Hayn.

He is survived by his three daughters, Erica Cline, Wendy Lucas and husband, Brett, and Stacy Barnett and husband, Tim; and grandchildren, Kylie, Brianna, Christian, Sean, Abby, Sienna, and Bella Jade.

A memorial service for Scotty will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 2, 2015, at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport, with Rev. Randy Shupe officiating.
