Paul White
Paul H. White, 89, Kingsport, passed away Saturday May 10, 2008 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.
Paul served in the Cavalry in the 1930's and CCC Camps. He was a member of the UMWA United Mine Workers of America.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry P. and Maggie E. White; one brother; and three sisters.
Surviving are his wife, Maudie E. White, Kingsport; brother, J. C. White and wife, Dorothy, Kingsport; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Old Kingsport Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Rev. Larry Bledsoe officiating.
Nephews will serve as honorary pallbearers.
