Penny Renee McMillian

Penny Renee McMillian, 54, of Kingsport, passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at Holston Valley Medical Center, with her family by her side.

Penny was a loving Mother and Nana. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. Penny was loved by many and will be missed by all.

Penny was preceded in death by her husband, Harold McMillian; her parents, Laura and Bill Woods; her brother, Scotty Woods; sisters, Hatha and Shelia Woods.

Survivors include her children, Brandy McMillian, Holly McMillian, Brooke Williams and husband, Cory, and Summer Woods; her grandchildren, Bryson and Brylee Necessary, Caiden Carter, Tristan McMillian, Rylin and Kinley Williams and Bailey Woods; special brother, Ricky Woods; brother Terry Woods and wife Debbie; sister, Teresa Rhoten and husband Tom; several nieces and nephews who she loved very much.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport.
