Phillip Pedneau, 42, of Kingsport, passed away on Friday, April 13, 2007. Born in Princeton, West Virginia, he had resided in Kingsport for the past two years.
He is survived by two daughters, Marsha Pedneau, and Tiffany Musser and husband, Jason, Kingsport; one son, Justin Ball, Kingsport; his father, Lewis Pedneau, Princeton, West Virginia; two sisters, Renae Pedneau and Robin Pedneau, also of Princeton, West Virginia; former wife, Lisa Tate, Kingsport, TN; and several nieces and nephews.
He was cremated per his wishes
