Phyllis Ann Cole

Phyllis Ann Cole, 62, Kingsport, went to be with the Lord Sunday, February 9, 2014 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.

She was a lifelong resident of Kingsport and had graduated from Lynn View High School. Phyllis attended House of Prayer Church in the Beech Creek Community.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Matilda McMillian and brother, Billy McMillian.

Phyllis is survived by her husband Clifford Cole, Kingsport; three daughters, Amy Akins, Dianne Cole, and Brittany McMillian all of Kingsport; one son, Billy Cole, Kingsport; one brother, C.H. McMillian, Kingsport; one grand-dog, Rusty; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2014, at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport.

The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2014, at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport, with Rev. Clifford Cole and Rev. Rex McMurray officiating.

Burial will follow at Old Kingsport Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
