Rachel Catherine Hawkins, 41, passed away suddenly Thursday, November 4, 2010.
Rachel is survived by her son David Miller; her loving mother Christina White; three-heart broken sisters: Sarah White, Kingsport, Mary Willis and her husband Bryan, Johnson City, and Ruth Blankenship and her husband Ronald, Johnson City; five loving nephews: Caleb Willis, Seth Willis, Evan Willis, Christian Blankenship and Justin Blankenship; and one niece Abigail Blankenship. She has gone to heaven to be with her greatly missed partner Don Hutchinson.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 19, 2010 at First Assembly of God in Kingsport. The family will receive friends following the memorial service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sarah White, 216 East Sevier Street, Kingsport, TN. 37660.
