Randall H. Gray, 56, of Kingsport, died Wednesday, April 9, 2008, at his home surrounded by his loving family after a courageous battle with ALS Lou Gehrig's Disease.
He was born in Huntsville, Alabama, and graduated from Auburn University in 1975. Randy started working for Eastman Kodak in January 1976 where he held several positions. His last position was President of Global Technology Ventures.
His father, Lester Bell Gray, preceded him in death.
Surviving are his wife of 36 years, Penny King Gray; three sons, Ernie Gray and wife Christy of Nashville, Adam Gray and wife Tara of Jonesborough, Vincent Gray and Avis Wampler of Decatur, Georgia; his mother, Geneva Marshall of Auburn, Alabama; and one sister, Angela Mauldan of Auburn, AL.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Saturday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport.
At Randy's request his body was cremated.
