Randall "Randy" Osborne Sr

Randall "Randy" Osborne, Sr., took the hand of God and stepped into Heaven, at his home on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 after a heart attack. Randy was a driver for Mason Dixon Special Commodities for several years, CB handle,"Dummy." He then worked for Dallas Mavis to finish out his career until retirement.

He was a member of the Gossip Club that would meet at Dairy Queen, Hardee's, and McDonalds almost every day. Randy was a special friend to many. He truly loved his family and did his best to make sure they were taken care of.

Randy was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy; sister, Nema; and mother-in-law, Bea Raleigh.

He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Osborne, of the home; daughter, Pam and husband Allen Salyer and grandson David, all of Mt. Carmel; son, Kenneth; grandsons, Benjamin and Matthew and fiancée Courtney and great grandson Maddox Osborne, all of Kingsport; son, Randy Osborne, Jr. and wife, Stephanie, and their children, Noah and Leah of Kingsport; sisters, Mary Hamilton of Kingsport, Judy Ketron and husband Harold of Pennsylvania, Karen Kolb and husband Mike of Florida; special sister-in-law, Betty Horn of Church Hill and many nieces and nephews.


The family will receive friends on Friday from 6-8:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 8:00 pm with Pastor Ron Cassidy and Joe Robinette officiating.

A graveside service will be conducted on Saturday at 11:00 am at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
