Randy "Pig" Crawford, 55, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 23, 2017.
He graduated from Sullivan West High School in 1980 and worked at Hillside Manor for 30 years.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Virginia Crawford; and two brothers, Billy Joe Crawford and Gary Wayne Crawford.
He is survived by three aunts, Grace Garland, Madeline Alley, and Shirley Harris; three nieces, Samantha East and husband, Dustin, Amanda Crawford, and Rachel Crawford; one nephew, Aaron Crawford; several special close friends; several cousins and two special cousins and caregivers, Phyllis Partain and Sandy (Sis) Blankenbeckler.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport with Pastor Darrell Lawson and Ed McClain officiating.
