Randy Faust, 52, Kingsport, passed away unexpectedly Saturday February 23, 2008 at Indian Path Medical Center.
Born in Kingsport and a graduate of Ketron High School, he had resided in Kingsport all his life.
Randy was a water treatment operator with the Bloomingdale Water Department. He loved farming and the mountains.
He was a loving husband, father, papaw, brother, son, and uncle.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Gaines Faust, Sr.
Surviving are his wife of 32 years, Debbie Faust; two sons, Keith Faust, Jr. and his wife, Holly, and Ryan Faust; one granddaughter, Megan Faust; mother, Betty Faust; maternal grandmother, Juanita Collins; sisters, Diana Hayes and husband, John; brother, Charles "Gaines" Faust, Jr. and wife, Lola; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport. Services will be at 8:00 p.m. with Rev. Mike Owens and special friend Mark Blankenbeckler officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at East Lawn Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Steve Crane, Chuck Faust, Phil Widener, Rick Barker, Ken Adams, Mark Pendleton, Gary Lawson, Ray Hayes and Mark Blankenbeckler. Honorary pallbearers will be Jeff Duncan and Shawn Cox .
